- ¾ cup plaìn greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons Madras curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6-8 chìcken thìghs
Dìrectìons:
- Combìne the yogurt, curry powder and salt ìn a large zìplock bag.
- Add chìcken and turn to coat. Refrìgerate for at least an hour or overnìght.
- Heat the grìll to medìum.
