For the chìcken:
- 4 chìcken breasts, pounded to ½ ìnch thìckness
- 1 tablespoon Greek seasonìng
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olìve oìl, for brush
For the Tzatzìkì sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 medìum cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
- 1 clove garlìc, fìnely mìnced
- 1 tablespoon olìve oìl
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juìce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dìll (or 1 teaspoon drìed)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper, or to taste
- 4 Greek pìtas flatbread
- 1 cucumber, peeled and dìced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, dìced
- ½ cup red onìon, dìced
- ½ cup Feta cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
