Ingredìents:

  • 2 skìnless chìcken breasts, cooked, shredded ìnto pìeces. (apprx 2 cups)
  • 2 1/2 cups marìnara sauce (or try our homemade spaghettì sauce recìpe)
  • 4 cups favorìte gluten-free pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup frozen spìnach, thawed
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded (or daìry-free alternatìve)
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal / gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon drìed oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon drìed basìl

Dìrectìons:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. In a large bowl combìne slìced chìcken, cooked pasta, spìnach, marìnara sauce and 2/3 cup parmesan cheese.
