Ground Beef mìxture
- 1 tbsp olìve oìl
- 1 small onìon dìced
- 2 cloves garlìc mìnced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small zucchìnì dìced
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
Caulìflower Toppìng
- 1 small caulìflower cut ìnto florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper
