This tropical smoothie recipe starts off like any other smoothie, with plenty of fruit. I used banana, pineapple and mango here, but papaya would also be nice
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup of canned coconut milk light is ok
- 1 large banana fresh or sliced then frozen
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- Optional garnishes: Skewers of pineapple and mango, mint sprigs, lime
Instructions
- Place the pineapple juice, coconut milk, banana, mango and pineapple in a blender; blend until completely smooth.
