Avocado Toast Quick, Vegan Breakfast Recipe



Avocado toast is one of my go-to easy breakfasts that is full of flavor and healthy, filling fats, and it happens to be totally plant based vegan.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices whole grain toast (or toast of your choice)
  • 2/3 cup halved baby heirloom tomatoes
  • pink Himalayan salt, to taste (or salt of choice)


Instructions
  1. Add avocado slices to each piece of toast, and use a fork to mash up so it is spreadable.
  2. Add tomatoes on top.
