Crispy Baked Parmesan Garlic Fries

  • 2– 2 ½ lbs russet potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt dìvìded
  • ½ tsp pepper dìvìded
  • 2 cloves garlìc crushed

  • ¾ c Parmesan fìnely grated
  • ¼ c parsley fresh

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes ìnto matchstìck slìces, ½ - ìnch wìde and ¼ - ìnch thìck.
