I love this fruit salad….not just because of all the bright rainbow colors, but because of the little something extra. The sauce! I always enjoy a good Ambrosia salad, especially at Easter get togethers, but I’m telling you – this is BETTER! And better for you. Because it’s made with Greek yogurt, Truvia Sugar Blend, and a touch of vanilla. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Guaranteed to make you happy.
Ingredients
- 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 c. green grapes
- 1 c. strawberries quartered
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 can mandarin oranges drained
- 1 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Truvia® Sugar Blend *you can also substitute 2-4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Combine fruits in a large bowl and mix gently, being careful not to crush mandarin oranges.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Truvia® Sugar Blend (or sugar), and vanilla and mix well.
