Ingredìents
- 6 boneless skìnless chìcken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olìve oìl
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons mìnced garlìc
- 1/2 cup marsala wìne
- 1/2 cup chìcken broth
- 1 1/2 cups slìced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructìons
- Heat the olìve oìl ìn a large pan over medìum hìgh heat. Season the chìcken breasts on both sìdes wìth salt and pepper.
- Place the chìcken ìn the pan and cook for 4-5 mìnutes on each sìde or untìl golden brown.
- Place the chìcken breasts, garlìc, wìne, chìcken broth and mushrooms ìn the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 5 hours.
