Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Core and seed the peppers and slice them. Add them to a large bowl.
