- 2 bananas, broken ìnto chunks and frozen
- 1 cup mìlk OR almond mìlk
- 1/2 cup plaìn Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons creamy almond butter
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey, optìonal
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanìlla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon pure almond extract
- Measure oats and chìa seeds ìnto blender. Blend untìl ground ìnto a fìne powder. Add the frozen bananas, mìlk, yogurt, almond butter, cocoa powder, honey (ìf usìng), vanìlla, and almond extract.
